Can anyone with these problems suggest something to improve the situation, its quite unbrearable for my mom.

To tell u the truth, I don't see any suggestion can help improve the situation as she is what she is. The only thing is to get a replacement or send her back.
I had one exactly the same with your mum's maid years ago. I tried to counsel and talk to her, nothing seems to work, so, my last resort was to send her back. Since, then, I don't have the desire to employ a maid anymore. I prefer to do everything myself though it is very tiring for me but at least I have a peace mind and happy.

what u said is very true! Basically becos my sister-in-law is hopeless, the same as the maid, she totally depend on the maid to take care everything of her baby and son, and the maid is so stupid that you get exaperated talking to her. Currenly this one is the 3rd maid. She spoil almost all the things that she happen to touch on. The first maid runaway. The second maid begging to go home,and now the current one is making my mom angry all the time, this is not doing any good to her health as she just have her heart bypass and surgery. Can you tell me whats the best solution? :(

Sent the maid back and get a part time maid to help around in the house. I can recommend a very good part time maid to u. Ask and request your sister-in-law to send her baby and son to a babysitter or nursery, don't bother your mum, let her rest in peace for the rest of her life. Tell and advise your mum to rest and don't offer to babysit your nephews and nieces as I have a bad experience myself with my own brother who treats my mum like a slave and babysitter for him and wife. My poor mum had to babysit for them until her last breath! So unfilial son of hers.
Conflict with another human being is top on my list of stress factors. Your mom certainly doesn't need all these. Perhaps you could talk to your brother instead, since he has more control, compared to your sis-in-law, whether or not they should bother your mom. Be firm and I'm sure your brother and his wife can sort out the babysitting part easily.
