Express milk

i need advice here.
my baby reach mth 6 this mth and i am still breasfeed her exclusively. however, due to job constraint (i'm a 9-5 working mother)i'm just be able to express milk after office hr when i reach home. only after i express the milk, i breastfeed her. is it ok to feed her? is my milk enough for her?

one more thing, i always have the engorgement problem due to lack of expressing milk. is it ok to continue the routine of expressing milk around 7pm daily? is there any impact to my breast and body?

Hi dear,

I'am still breastfeeding my baby, who just past her 1 year old birthday!
Now, i only feed her at night before to bed and early morning onces she wake up. I only pump once a day as my milk is decresing too. i found taking in lots of fluids will help to maintain the volume of milk, even though not as much as before. after each pump, will take 1 big glass of warm water, sometime milk or juices instead. got a breastfeeding tea from "The baby loft" and it works for me. maybe you can try it too...
