Great, if ovulation happens, there should be a temperature shift. A shift as little as 0.2C can be taken into account. Once there is a shift, the day bfr the shift is identified as the ovulation day. However it is also important to note whether there's any CM presents or not. EW (eggwhite) is really the best clue on when is fertile days. In short, fr 5th of June until today, I really observed 2 temperature range. FR CD1-CD15 temp were around 36.3C, afr that it shifted up to around 36.8C. Based on this initial findings, ovulation might had occurred on CD16 (I always thought that is is CD14). Basically it requires 2 most important data which are CM (cervical mucus) and body temperature. I really want to find out whether I am really ovulating at 14th day since my cycle is quite regular (s7-29 days) or maybe not ovulating at all (?). So I went and got myself a digital ovulation thermometer (costs me RM 45, bought fr Watson- so expensive). One thing I still haven't bought is that recommended book "Taking charge of your fertility". Couldn't find it in Ipoh so I guess I need to go to KL 2 mega bookstores to find it. Either Kinokuniya in KLCC or MPH in Mid Valley.
